2017 MLS Cup Match in Photos: Toronto FC v Seattle Sounders (December 9, 2017)
Toronto FC has come a long way in the past 5 years. Going from a team that lost their first nine games in 2012 to winning the 2017 MLS Cup, Supporter's Shield and Canadian Championship (effectively making the domestic treble) the club has come a very long way. It's a night I've been personally waiting for since I started following the club in 2011 and started shooting in 2014. It's been a wild roller coaster but the struggles of past seasons made the MLS Cup win that much sweeter. Congratulations to everyone involved whether you're part of the team, staff, or a supporter! This was definitely one of the more nerve wracking matches we've had at BMO Field this year but the reds pulled through and came up with the win. Despite Jozy Altidore's ankle injury he pressed on to score the series winning goal to take Toronto FC to the 2017 Major League Soccer Cup final which will be played at home. The support was literally on fire for the full 90 minutes and before and after the match. Here's to December 9th! #SaveTheCrew
